{"id":6621,"date":"2022-04-22T16:29:51","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T16:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/?p=6621"},"modified":"2022-04-22T16:29:51","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T16:29:51","slug":"la-postura-avancada-del-cap-redueix-la-capacitat-respiratoria-i-afecta-la-funcio-cardiaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/ca\/la-postura-avancada-del-cap-redueix-la-capacitat-respiratoria-i-afecta-la-funcio-cardiaca\/","title":{"rendered":"La postura avan\u00e7ada del cap redueix la capacitat respirat\u00f2ria i afecta la funci\u00f3 card\u00edaca."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durant les\u00a0\u00faltimes\u00a0d\u00e8cades, la tecnologia digital\u00a0est\u00e0\u00a0cada vegada\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0present a les nostres vides\u00a0des de\u00a0la inf\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Utilitzem\u00a0tel\u00e8fons\u00a0m\u00f2bils, ordinadors\u00a0i\u00a0altres dispositius\u00a0electr\u00f2nics\u00a0di\u00e0riament, durant moltes hores, especialment a partir del 2020,\u00a0quan\u00a0va comen\u00e7ar la\u00a0pand\u00e8mia\u00a0de la covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>El treball\u00a0i\u00a0els estudis ens obliguen a passar moltes\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0hores davant de les pantalles.\u00a0A m\u00e9s, fem servir xarxes socials i\u00a0aplicacions, que fa\u00a0tan sols\u00a025\u00a0anys semblaven\u00a0ci\u00e8ncia\u00a0ficci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 val\u00a0a dir, que la majoria de nosaltres no disposem de coneixement\u00a0b\u00e0sics\u00a0sobre els efectes adversos que t\u00e9 una mala postura sobre la\u00a0salut,\u00a0tant\u00a0a curt com a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6466\" src=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla-60x60.jpg 60w, https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/doctor-pantalla.jpg 449w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dos estudis, publicats\u00a0el 2016\u00a0i 2018, duts a terme amb joves d&#8217;entre 25\u00a0i\u00a035\u00a0anys, va demostrar la correlaci\u00f3 directa entre la postura, la funci\u00f3 pulmonar\u00a0i\u00a0la musculatura\u00a0respirat\u00f2ria. (1,2)<\/p>\n<p>Quan el cap est\u00e0 avan\u00e7at i el coll es troba en flexi\u00f3, disminueix l&#8217;angle craneo-vertebral i augmenta el to dels m\u00fasculs cervicals.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de causar estr\u00e8s mec\u00e0nic, tensi\u00f3 muscular i dolor, disminueix de manera significativa la capacitat vital &#8211; capacitat d&#8217;oxigenaci\u00f3 \u2013 aix\u00ed com l&#8217;activitat dels m\u00fasculs de la respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre estudi observacional recent, publicat al\u00a0gener\u00a0de 2022,va ser dut a terme amb nens de l&#8217;escola\u00a0prim\u00e0ria\u00a0de l&#8217;Ar\u00e0bia\u00a0Saud\u00ed. (3)<\/p>\n<p>Els investigadors van estudiar els efectes de la duraci\u00f3 de la visualitzaci\u00f3 de la pantalla del\u00a0m\u00f2bil\u00a0(Smartphone) i la postura del coll, a 34 nens amb\u00a0edats\u00a0compreses entre els 5 i 12 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Van ser assignats a dos grups: un de 18 nens que van utilitzar la pantalla durant\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0de 4 hores\u00a0di\u00e0ries, i un altre grup de 16 nens que van utilitzar la pantalla menys de 4 hores.<\/p>\n<p>A ambd\u00f3s grups es va observar disminuci\u00f3 significativa a l&#8217;angle craneocervical durant i despr\u00e9s de 30 minuts de la utilitzaci\u00f3 del dispositiu m\u00f2bil.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;angle de flexi\u00f3 del cap, cervicals i visual del grup de nens que van\u00a0fer servir\u00a0el\u00a0m\u00f2bil\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0de 4 hores al dia van ser significativament majors que els\u00a0d&#8217;aquells\u00a0que van invertir menys de 4 hores al dia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s\u00a0evident que quantes\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0hores de\u00a0m\u00f2bil\u00a0\u2013 amb\u00a0el cap avan\u00e7at-\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0es deforma la columna dels nens i nenes. (1)<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, les subluxacions vertebrals\u00a0a nivell cervical\u00a0disminueixen la capacitat\u00a0respirat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0d&#8217;accelerar discopaties i artrosis, i de reduir la capacitat\u00a0respirat\u00f2ria\u00a0a llarg termini, la mala postura pot donar lloc a afeccions card\u00edaques.<\/p>\n<p>Un importat estudi, publicat per &#8220;Archives of internal Medicine&#8221; el 2006, va seguir a m\u00e9s de 4000 homes durant 20 anys. Els investigadors van avaluar i monitorar la postura de cada individu per tal de mesurar els riscos de salut en relaci\u00f3 amb les males postures. (4)<\/p>\n<p>Els homes que van experimentar les desviacions de postura i p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;altura m\u00e9s importants durant aquest per\u00edode de 20 anys, van presentar un risc 64% superior de desenvolupar una malaltia coronaria.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/espalda-corazon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6469 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/espalda-corazon-201x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/espalda-corazon-201x300.jpg 201w, https:\/\/www.angelaolaru.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/espalda-corazon.jpg 268w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dreta: El cor est\u00e0 afectat\u00a0a causa de\u00a0la relaci\u00f3 entre la postura, la columna i el sistema nervi\u00f3s. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una mala postura influeix negativament a la\u00a0salut\u00a0de tot el cos\u00a0i\u00a0pot\u00a0provocar disfuncions que superen els efectes\u00a0est\u00e8tics, el dolor cervical, lumbar o el mal de cap.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;evidencia cient\u00edfica suggereix que millorar la postura i restaurar l&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 correcta de la columna no solament pot evitar l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de discopaties i artrosi, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 ajuda a prevenir trastorns respiratoris i card\u00edacs.<\/p>\n<p>Quan\u00a0abans ens fem una\u00a0revisi\u00f3\u00a0postural i &#8216;posada a punt&#8217; amb ajustos de columna, millor.<\/p>\n<p>Els ajustos\u00a0quiropr\u00e0ctics\u00a0acompanyats de\u00a0fisioter\u00e0pia\u00a0i\u00a0exercicis\u00a0de correcci\u00f3 postural milloren l&#8217;equilibri,\u00a0l&#8217;estabilitat\u00a0i la flexibilitat, d&#8217;aquesta manera\u00a0ajudant-nos\u00a0a\u00a0aconseguir\u00a0una millor adaptaci\u00f3 del cos vers l&#8217;estr\u00e8s diari<\/p>\n<p>Lamentablement,\u00a0encara pensem\u00a0que: &#8216;si la columna no fa mal, vol dir que est\u00e0 b\u00e9&#8217;.
